NAVIFY Remote Monitor-Clinical
9.3 | 1.8.0
The NAVIFY Remote Monitor Mobile App collects self-reported risk factors (e.g. chronic lung disease, serious heart conditions, etc.) and symptoms (e.g. coughing, shortness of breath, fever etc.), as well as physiological data (e.g. skin temperature, respiratory rate at rest, heart rate at rest, etc.) from a third-party FDA-regulated remote monitoring device. The app displays this data for the user and determines and provides advice on next steps to take – e.g. when to consult their health care provider or whether the individual is cleared for work. The advice is based on guidelines such as CDC guidelines, institution-set guidelines, medical society recommendations, vital thresholds set by institution, etc. The app is intended to be used in the home setting by individuals who are concerned about, at risk for, diagnosed with, or were discharged from in-hospital treatment of COVID-19. This version of the app is intended for investigational and/or research use only in authorized clinical studies.
